In case you don't know my site (which is extraordinarily good value at £30 for around 1800 accurate resources!), here is a summary of what you can find for your Y10-11 pupils. Don't forget that all resources are in Word and therefore editable, e.g. you can add your own school logo or departmental identity as long as the original source is identified and not shared with other institutions. You'll also find that there plenty of resources on the Y8-9 pages which might work well with your Y10-11 classes, depending on their attainment.
1. Exam preparation resources
These are divided by tier and include knowledge organisers, photo cards, role plays, translations, full reading papers, essay-writing guides, conversation booklets and conversation board games. Some resources are in booklet form (27 resources) .
2. Sentence builder frames These cover GCSE themes, come with a suggested teaching sequence and scaffolded, gapped versions of each grid. You could easily make these into a booklet for use in the classroom or at home. The gapped versions are good for self-quizzing (15 resources)
3. Grammar worksheets
These cover the main aspects of grammar you would expect to cover and can be supplemented by the numerous sheets form the Y8-9 pages. My surveys show that grammar worksheets remain popular (41 resources).
4. Texts with exercises
These cover a wide range of topics, some of them GCSE-related, others just chosen for their interesting content. I often argue that you can use texts covering non-GCSE topics because much language is transferable across topics anyway. texts are categorised by topic and include examples of short literary extracts à la GCSE. Exercises include jigsaw reading, comprehension, gap-fill, true-false, multi-choice and more (100+ resources).
5. 30 minute listening tasks
These are ready-made, zero preparation lessons designed for Foundation or Higher Tier. Texts can be read aloud or recorded (15 resources).
6. Audio listening
These worksheets are linked to online sources, notably audio-lingua.eu. They are divided into those suitable for Foundation and those suited to Higher Tier. They all relate to GCSE themes. (20+ resources).
7. Video listening
These worksheets link to online video sources of various types, including cartoons (e.g. Peppa Pig), easier 1jour1question videos and other online videos chosen for their interest and accessibility. (30+ resources)
8. Vocabulary
Worksheets include crosswords, vocab lists and code-breakers (49 resources).
9. Grammar notes
There is a short set of grammar handouts for reference. Areas covered include negatives, adjectives, adverbs, verb tenses, relative pronouns, direct and indirect object pronouns (13 resources).
10. Parallel reading
These interesting texts are juxtaposed with their English translations then supported by exercises. Topics include super heroes, zombies, dogs that can detect cancer and Islamic state (10 resources).
11. Translations into French
These appear to be popular with subscribers. They include paragraphs and hundreds of individual sentences. They also include my "Google Translate beaters" which feature parallel gapped texts (6 booklet resources).
Finally, here are some links to sites which pupils can use interactively
As far as apps for students are concerned, I would suggest the Cramit one, Memrise and Learn French which is pretty good for vocabulary. For Android devices try the Learn French Vocabulary Free. For listening, you could suggest Coffee Break French from Radio Lingua Network (iTunes podcasts).
